BeAuTiFuL WeAtHeR

i just wanted to comment on how beautiful the weather has been here in AZ for the past few days. Both my husband and i are loving it! we leave all the windows open at night and we actually get cold!! and in the morning when we wake up its like 69 degrees in our house!! its so wonderful. it really is becoming the most wonderful time of the year. speaking of which i am super super excited for thanksgiving and christmas this year!! berto and i are hosting thanksgiving at our house this year. its our first one. i so look forward to this time of year when i get to spend time with my whole family, and we all have time for one another. somehow during this crazy hectic time between shopping, work, and all our other busy things we seem to always make time for one another this time of year and i LOVE it!! &hearts I love spending time with my family as a whole and not bits and pieces. i mean i see my family but we never seem to be together in one room anymore. i guess thats just part of growing up. I can't wait!!!

TGIF.... almost!

so TGIF!... well not til tomorrow but still! i'm sooooo grateful for the weekend! i've been feeling pretty sick this whole week but apparently all i have is BAD allergies. haha its really sad cuz im on like every medication you can take for allergies and its not working!! so the next step is to go see an allergist and get immuno therapy. it sucks but at this point... i'll take ANYTHING to make my allergies better!! i'm really missing my friends right now... especially my anna banana. she is so amazing and i'm so grateful she's in my life. why did you have to move to OKIE???? ugh oh well. things happen for a reason. so i'm SUPER excited for christmas this year which is only a couple of months away! ahhhh gotta start shopping!! good news! my grandma lorraine is FINALLY home and recovering well from her month stay in the hospital! i'm so grateful to those who prayed for her and kept her in their hearts. i am truly grateful to have loving friends and a wonderful family!!

stress, stress, and more stress

oh man has it been a stressful 2 weeks. my mom called me 2 weeks ago the 4th i believe because she found out my grandma was in the hospital. it was a HUGE scare. so we drove out right away to california to help her. it turned out she had gall stones and had to have those removed but then they got in there and realized she had to have her gall bladder completely removed. the surgery ended up being extremely bad and she's been in the hospital ever since. i've been out in california with her for the past 2 weeks. i just barely got home today. it was very hard to leave her in the hospital. luckily my mom is able to stay out there with her until she gets home. anyway it was just a huge scare and i miss her sooooo much. She's my favorite grandma and the only one i have. So all i ask is that people keep her in their prayers and hope for the best. My grandma is the greatest woman i know and she is truly one of my heroes.

CrAzY WeDnEsDaY!!

Well normally Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week. Why? you may ask... wednesday is that day in the middle where you know you've already conquered 2 days of the week and you only have 2 to go until the weekend. I LOVE wednesdays! but NOT today! First i was totally late for work by an hour and then the patients were really upset all morning because we were behind like 40 minutes. Of course when that happens they get mad at me cuz i'm right up front. Then i keep getting these stupid harassing phone calls from who knows who. I had to reschedule my kittens appointment for her shots because berto decided to go into work when he was supposed to have the day off. dang today just plain SUCKS! hopefully it will get better. On a happier note the morningIS almost over and its almost lunch time and i get off early today. I just want to go home, change into my pajamas, and crawl into bed. :) That sounds really nice!

LALALA New to This

Ok so i'm totally new to this whole blogging world so hang in there with me. I'll put up pictures and all that good stuff as soon as i figure it out!! :)

RaNdOm TriP tO UniVeRsAl StUdiOs

Soooo.... It was a three day weekend and berto and I had NO plans! that's completely crazy for us because we ALWAYS make plans when we have a long weekend. Anyway...we went to Ihop for breakfast/lunch... it was like noon... haha and ran into our friends Francisca and Ivan. We started talking and all decided to take a roadtrip to California. So we left about two hours later and we were off to Universal Studios!! This weekend was so much fun!! we laughed about everything and we stayed the night right on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. At the park it wasn't at all busy so we were able to get on every ride without a wait!! It was both mine and Berto's first trip to UniversAL Studios so we had no idea what was in store for us in regards to rides. I was so scared to go on anything!! I think my favorite was The Mummy! We got completely soaked on Jurassic Park! and the newest ride there was The simpsons ride and that was totally awesome! I felt like a little kid. But to sum it all up this weekend was a total blast and i'm SOOOOOOOOOOO glad we had the chance to go with our friends! We plan on making more random unplanned trips in the future!!
