So I never posted pictures of what we did with Matthew's room after we moved to Queen Creek... When I was pregnant with Matthew we decided (more like I decided) to try and make his nursery a gender neutral theme. So we went with a Fish Theme. It was really cute but after Matty was born I started to dislike it... I LOVE to change themes in rooms... (ask my mom... how many times did we change my bedroom when I was younger???) More times than I can count with all my fingers and toes. Haha... it was fun though :) well my mom will probably tell you differently.
Anyway, I was going through pictures on the computer trying to update Matty's baby book (I'm trying sooooooo hard to stay on top of it) and I found some snap shots of when we painted his room, and I started thinking, "I dont think I ever posted any pictures of what we did and its super cute!"
So I took pictures of the finished room and thought I would share them.
When we were deciding on a theme for Matty's birthday, we went with Toy Story because the 3rd one had just come out so Toy Story was everywhere! It was the perfect time to change the baby's room to something more BOY!!
So TOY STORY it was.....
We started by painting the room........
I LOVE this Blue. It was called Buzz Blaster.
Then we worked on adding the decorations...
We found wall stickers at Wal Mart that were PERFECT. And I had originally made these Letters for Matthew's Fish room but I didnt decorate them with Fish, just blue colors for the ocean and they worked perfect into Matty's new Toy Story room.
The only thing missing is Crib decorations. Obviously, no one makes Toy Story Crib decor, so my mom made him a Buzz Lightyear Blankey. For his birthday we got him a twin comforter which came with a pillow sham so we are using that for his pillow.
The bear really does smell like strawberries! :)

So I think it turned out pretty dang cute :)
I cant wait until he's big enough for a big boy bed so we can use the comforter.
Anyway, not much else is new. My mother in law is here for the whole month :)
I Love when she comes to visit!! She is so kind and helpful and she makes the best food!!
I've been off work for the past week! Thank goodness... sick of the drama going on there I could just puke!! Not looking forward to going back but i have to.

He fell and smacked his mouth on the floor.... (I know great mom right?) His top teeth ended up taking a layer of skin off his top inside lip.... He bled uncontrollably for like 10 minutes.... I was freaking out...
I called Berto and asked him what he thought I should do.... He says, "send me a picture so I can see what happened." Now I knew a picture would NOT show what happened to his lip but none the less I attempted to take a picture.....
As soon as the flash went off he started making this face.... I thought, "ok well lets try that again." So I went to take another picture and this is what I got. :)
His lip stopped bleeding right before this picture and he was fine... full of laughs and smiles... like nothing happened. So thats the story behind this ridiculously cute picture :)
