Can't wait for the weekend!!

I'm so EXCITED for this weekend! Why? you may ask????? Because my lovely husband has PROMISED me a LONG awaited date night! We have not been out on a date, JUST US, since Matthew was born....

5 MONTHS!!! That is the longest we have ever gone without going out somewhere together! I never knew how hard it would be once the baby got here, but between being financially strained, finding time, and someone willing to babysit my newborn it been so DIFFICULT! BUT my hubby has promised me some alone time so he better pull through! We just have to find a willing babysitter that we both trust... hopefully my sister Kinsey will be willing and able.hehehe... We have been really busy lately. Berto has been working non-stop, I've been working and taking care of Matthew. He's a handful in itself... but i LOVE him. :) Today was Berto's day off and we were planning on spending the day inside since it was SUPPOSED to rain all week but the sun decided to make an appearance so we went to Freestone Park with Matthew and played for a little while. Matthew LOVED the swings. I sat him in the one that is for little kids and he actually sat up without any help and was laughing! He loved it! It was so cute! He also liked the slide but not as much as the swing. Well i hope the weather people are right and that it IS gonna rain the rest of the week cuz i love rainy weather. Well until next time!
