The One About Halloween and Things

Halloween is just around the corner. I'm SO excited for this year since Matty is old enough to really enjoy it.
I thought I had posted about our trip to the Pumpkin Patch but I can't find anything so if I did you get to hear about it again.

A few weeks ago we took Matty to a family farm out by my Grandma's house while we were visiting. He got to ride the cow train and pick a pumpkin and he hasn't stopped talking about it since. About once a day we hear something about the cow train. The kid is obsessed.

We had a ton of fun and need to go do one here in AZ. Maybe we'll hit up Schnepf Farms before the season is over.
We already picked out Matty's costume for Halloween. He's going to be Jake from "Jake and the Neverland Pirates." We just have to go buy it. Naturally the Disney Store is the only place that has it. AND he can wear it to school on Halloween! He's gonna be so stinking cute!

Matty has been in pre-school for a week now. He loves it. His Teacher always tells me that he is so good. Although the last couple days of the week he had a hard time going and Mrs. Barclay told me he was missing me. Made me feel special :)
He is improving already. He is willing to say more words when you ask him to and we are so proud!

Kourtney is as crazy as ever. I haven't done a full update on her in awhile.
She has been sleeping through the night for about a month now. (It's so great!)
She is cruising around the furniture
Let's go while standing and stands by herself for a few seconds.
Mimics faces that you make at her
Started eating big people food like bread, whole peas, turkey, cheese, french fries, rice, and beans
Is content playing by herself
Loves to play with Matthew (He can be too rough at times though)
Rarely needs a binky (complete opposite of Matthew)
Loves to be held
Babbles. She says da da da, ba ba ba. I'm am desperately trying to get her to say mama but nothing.
She shakes her head no everytime I try to feed her. Little stinker.
I bet she walks before one year
I'm still not sure what she's going to be for Halloween but the Disney Store has some super cute baby costumes too.

Berto has been back for almost 2 weeks. It is SO great. Life is better with him around.
We have just been relaxing and trying to get into a normal routine since life has NOT been normal for us for like 6 months.

I've just been doing the usual. Working on my cross stitch (Its getting there)
I also made my own Halloween wreath. It's super cute and now I want to make one for Christmas too. I am SUPER excited Christmas is almost upon us!!!!

Well I have to chase a baby girl and put a certain little boy to bed. Til next time!
