Easter here at the Serrano household was pretty boring.
Unfortunately, both Matthew and I were sick. He was miserable.
The day before he tripped and ate the tile in our kitchen.
I know the pictures are small but he has a nice red gash on his
lip and his eyes are droopy and his nose is running.
He was just not happy.
The Easter Bunny did bring him a really cool pack
of "Cars" cars. He was REALLY excited about those.
I, on the other hand was very annoyed with the billion
twisty ties holding said cars in the box. Do they realize
how mean that is? UGH!
We didn't do anything with family.
My family is not very close so we never really get
together except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Makes me a little sad but what can you do?
I didn't plan on making dinner or any of the fun
things most people do for Easter.
Luckily, my friend Jaimie thought of me and
brought our family Easter dinner.
It was truly appreciated and made my mundane Easter that much better.
Berto had to work so I spent Easter alone with Matty.
Not much fun since he was sick.
He is feeling better after antibiotics.
Today I caught him doing the motions to Blue's Clues
again so I re-wound it (thank you DVR) and recorded him.
